Summary
FutureSight is seeking an experienced and visionary Founding CEO to lead the launch of a new AI-native reverse logistics orchestration platform in New York, NY.
About the Role
As the Founding CEO, you will be responsible for winning customers, building the product, raising capital, and hiring your founding team. You will engage daily with the team to launch the initial product, achieve market traction, and prepare for seed fundraising. This role involves full P/L ownership of the new entity and offers a significant equity stake in the business.
About You
Required:
- Founder-level drive and motivation to co-found a new venture as the CEO.
- Previous founding experience in a product company or B2B SaaS venture.
- Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
- Ability to craft investor narratives and close capital; well-networked in fintech and early-stage communities.
- Experience in operations-heavy commerce, supply chain, or logistics environments.
Preferred:
- Startup scrappiness and familiarity with owning something from start to finish.
- Risk appetite and capacity for entrepreneurial challenges.
- People leadership skills to attract and coach top talent.
