About the Role
As a Coating Technician, you will be responsible for following procedures in the pre-coat, coating, and post-coat processes to produce properly coated tools. Your daily tasks will include assisting with washing tools, operating the coating machine, inspecting tool adhesion and coating thickness, and performing routine maintenance on machines. You will also adhere to safety policies to ensure a safe working environment.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to read and comprehend written and verbal instructions.
- Adequate math skills.
- Adequate communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with tool coating processes.
