- BS/MS/PhD in Chemistry, Polymer Science, or related discipline.
- 3-7 years of experience as a Chemist in coatings development and supporting a manufacturing facility.
- Ability to manage priorities, complex situations, and tight deadlines.
- Problem analysis and resolution experience.
- Oral and written communication skills including formal presentations.
- Formulation experience of Epoxy and Urethane coatings.
