About the Role
About You
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional coding experience required.
- Extensive knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, outpatient coding, E/M guidelines, and documentation standards required.
- CPC (Certified Professional Coder) certification required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in coding education, training, or leadership.
- Strong public speaking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong working knowledge of Epic.
