You will participate in creating and implementing training programs, audit-based training, onboarding training, and ad hoc training requests.

About You

Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, HIM, or related business field.
Certification in one or more of the following areas: CPC, COC, CPMA, CHC, CPCO, CCS-P, RHIA, RHIT or CIC.
Three years of experience in surgery-based coding and/or inpatient coding.
Proficient Microsoft Office skills.

Preferred:

Coding training or supervisory experience.
EPIC and 3M experience.
