Electrical Reliability Services, Inc. is seeking a COE-Sr. Industrial DC Services Engineer to join their team in Atlanta, GA. The role involves performing complex troubleshooting, specialized tests, inspections, and appraisals on electrical apparatus and systems.
About the Role
As a COE-Sr. Industrial DC Services Engineer, you will be responsible for leading large projects, testing and troubleshooting complex electrical systems, and providing technical support to service engineers. Your daily tasks will include performing installation and start-up services on UPS and DC/Battery systems, writing detailed reports, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will also mentor other engineers and be involved in business development activities.
About You
Required:
- Graduate Engineer BSEE or BSME and six years’ experience, or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code and various industry standards such as OSHA and NFPA.
- Excellent communication, supervisory, organizational, and management skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with power quality surveys and complex control systems.
- Strong background in switchgear and equipment testing through the 500 kV class.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel internationally.
