Summary
Operation Smile is seeking a Cohort Manager for the Women in Medicine Leadership Fellowship in the MENA region. This role involves leading and supporting a cohort of female health workers in a 9-month leadership development program.
About the Role
As a Cohort Manager, you will be the primary contact for a group of approximately 10 fellows, facilitating their engagement and success throughout the fellowship. Responsibilities include regular communication with the Women in Medicine team, monitoring fellow participation, providing educational leadership, and encouraging social connections among fellows. You will also assist in organizing live sessions and in-person events, and may have opportunities to participate in research or teaching.
About You
Required:
- Proficient in professional English and Arabic; French is a plus.
- Experience in coordinating groups of learners.
- Familiarity with global health and/or leadership development.
Preferred:
- Experience as a teaching assistant for university or graduate students.
- Ability to work across time zones.
