About the Role
As a Collection Agent, you will be responsible for managing up to 100 inbound calls, negotiating delinquent and charged off accounts, calculating acceptable settlement amounts, and effectively managing an open queue of accounts to meet monthly collection goals.
About You
Required:
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Multitasking and time management skills to handle account queues and call volume.
Preferred:
- Previous customer service experience.
