About the Role

As a Senior Collection Manager, you will be responsible for managing clandestine and overt HUMINT collection operations, applying advanced intelligence collection systems, and producing actionable recommendations. You will engage with partners across the Intelligence Community to address intelligence needs, evaluate multi-INT collection efforts, and develop training on collection operations. Additionally, you will maintain databases, draft evaluations, and report on collection operations management.

About You

Required:

Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Master's degree in a related area or a Bachelor's degree with an additional 5 years of senior experience, totaling 17 years.

Preferred:

Deep familiarity with USCYBERCOM organizational structure and mission.
Prior experience supporting Joint operations across multiple warfighting domains.
Demonstrated ability to produce Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs).
Graduate of an in-residence basic Human Intelligence Collection course.
Experience in CI/HUMINT operations at both tactical and strategic levels.
