About the Role

As a Collections Representative, you will be responsible for conducting field visits to customers' locations for collections purposes, negotiating payment arrangements and settlement options, utilizing effective communication skills to build rapport and address customer concerns, documenting all customer interactions, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to collections.
