About You
- High school diploma or equivalency required.
- Strong analytical skills, problem solving, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 3+ years related work experience in a legal department of a financial institution or law firm.
- 3+ years of experience in collections and management of troubled assets.
- Experience in commercial finance such as invoice factoring, asset-based lending, or purchase order financing.
- Experience with portfolio management systems such as FactorSoft, Cadence, or WinFactor.
- Litigation experience.
