About the Role

As a Collections Specialist, you will investigate and resolve customer deductions and discrepancies, assist in clearing accounts payable backlogs, and handle daily accounts payable tasks. You will collaborate with team members to prioritize financial needs, utilize JD Edwards EnterpriseOne software, and apply intermediate Excel skills for data analysis. Your role will also involve effective communication with stakeholders and identifying opportunities for process optimization.

About You

Required:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections, accounts payable, or similar roles.
Strong knowledge of billing functions, accounts receivable, and collection processes.
Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers and internal teams.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Preferred:

Proficiency with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne software.
Familiarity with credit and collections practices.
