About the Role
As a Collections Specialist, you will manage and monitor accounts receivable, contact clients regarding overdue invoices, negotiate payment arrangements, maintain accurate records of collection activities, collaborate with attorneys to resolve billing disputes, recommend accounts for escalation, and support process improvements to streamline collections.
About You
Required:
- 2+ years of Business to Business Collections experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in collections, billing, or legal administration.
