Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Collision Estimator to join their team in Amarillo, TX. The role involves providing exceptional customer service while creating estimates and coordinating repair needs for customers.
About the Role
As a Collision Estimator, you will be responsible for accurately assessing vehicle damage, documenting needed repairs, and ensuring effective communication with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process. You will also maintain compliance with insurance requirements and contribute to achieving the repair facility's KPIs.
About You
Required:
2 - 3 years minimum prior CCC1/Mitchell experience and auto collision estimating required.
4-5 years prior customer service excellence required.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid Driver’s License.
Preferred:
Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
Basic Computer Skills.
Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.
Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
