About the Role

As a Collision Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing estimates for customers and insurance partners, managing customer claims, maintaining communication with customers, coordinating with technicians, and performing quality inspections prior to vehicle delivery. You will also ensure customer satisfaction scores meet company standards and perform other related duties as assigned.

About You

Required:

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid Driver's License Required.
Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
Strong organizational skills.
Successful completion of background check required.

Preferred:

Prior collision estimating experience.
Familiar with estimating systems CCC1.
I-CAR / ASE certification.
