About the Role

As a Collision Estimator, you will prepare estimates for customers and insurance partners, manage customer claims, maintain communication with customers, coordinate with technicians, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the repair process. You will also perform quality inspections prior to vehicle delivery and handle other related duties as assigned.

About You

Required:

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid Driver's License Required.
Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
Strong organizational skills.
Successful completion of background check required.

Preferred:

Prior collision estimating experience.
Familiar with estimating systems CCC1.
I-CAR / ASE certification.
