You will keep customers informed about their vehicle status and handle necessary paperwork throughout the repair process.
About You
Required:
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent organization and multi-tasking abilities.
- Good time management skills and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
Preferred:
- Experience dealing with insurance partners.
- Familiarity with multiple estimating systems, particularly CCC One, Mitchell, and Audatex.
