Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Collision Estimator to join their team in Oaklyn, NJ. The role involves providing exceptional customer service while creating estimates and coordinating repair needs for customers.
About the Role
As a Collision Estimator, you will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage, creating accurate estimates, and ensuring effective communication with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process. You will also uphold the company's core values and maintain compliance with insurance requirements and operational standards.
About You
Required:
Knowledge of CCC1 Estimating System.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1-year experience in compliance for DRP's.
Basic computer skills.
Valid Driver's License.
Preferred:
Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
