Required:
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent organization and multi-tasking abilities.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience dealing with insurance partners.
- Knowledge of multiple estimating systems, particularly CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex.
