About the Role
As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing overall account strategies for specific named account customers, identifying incremental revenue opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your core responsibilities include meeting monthly sales quotas, renewing customer contracts, maintaining regular account contact, and collaborating with various teams to optimize sales and retention opportunities.
About You
Required:
Bachelor's Degree.
5-7 years of relevant work experience in sales or account management.
Preferred:
Experience in managing mid-market or enterprise accounts.
Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
