About You
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Typically, less than three years of lending experience.
- Knowledge of current bank lending procedures and policies, lending regulations, and loan documentation.
- Knowledge of commercial lending and real estate field, including appraisals and lien recording.
- Ability to analyze financial statements and loan risk.
- Demonstrated skill in soliciting business for bank deposit products and loan services.
