About the Role
As a Commercial Banker in Emerging Middle Market Banking, you will be the focal point for client acquisition and ongoing relationships, working independently and collaboratively to introduce comprehensive solutions to clients. Your responsibilities include growing and retaining profitable relationships with companies that have annual revenues ranging from $20 million to $100 million, championing a culture of innovation, and staying updated with industry trends to identify opportunities for strategic partnerships.
About You
Required:
- Five plus years lending or credit support related experience with a focus on business relationships.
- Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services.
- Proven client relationship skills and ability to engage with CEOs and CFOs.
- Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resources.
- Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to establish credibility with senior partners.
- Deep local connections and market knowledge.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree and formal credit training preferred.
- Sales management and business development skills.
- Proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Strong creative solution and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent business judgment and strategic thinking.
