About the Role
As a Commercial Banker, you will be responsible for conducting prospecting activities to generate new commercial loans and deposits, performing preliminary underwriting, managing loan accounts, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will also collaborate with other bank personnel and participate in training and process improvements.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or accounting or a minimum of three years’ experience in Commercial real estate lending, C&I lending, and SBA 7a lending.
- Strong understanding of credit and ability to structure deals.
- Strong relationship development skills.
Preferred:
- Deep COI relationships in the bank’s geographic footprint.
- Ability to originate deposit products.
- Strong SBA 7a and 504 product knowledge.
