About the Role
As a Commercial Cards Fraud Strategy Senior Analyst Assistant Vice President, you will be responsible for solving complex fraud prevention issues, recommending new procedures, partnering with operations teams, and contributing to the development of new techniques in fraud management. You will also serve as an expert in fraud prevention, oversee a segment of the workforce, and coach new recruits while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
About You
Required:
- 5-8 years of experience in a related role.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience in application and development of advanced statistical models.
- Proven experience in the investigation and fraud claims process.
- Experience in trend analysis and alerts in early fraud detection.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Access.
Preferred:
- Intermediate to senior level experience in a similar position.
- Bankcard fraud management or fraud investigations experience.
- Knowledge of TSYS/Cardguard/Determinator.
- Commercial Cards experience.
- Working knowledge of SQL/Python, Tableau/PowerBI, and decision tree software.
- Strong project management ability and presentation skills.
