About the Role
As a Commercial Counsel, you will draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, support procurement and sales contracting processes, develop contract templates, and provide legal guidance on marketing and advertising. You will work closely with various teams to streamline legal processes and enhance efficiency.
About You
Required:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing.
- 5+ years of experience with commercial contracts, including law firm and in-house experience.
Preferred:
- Experience with marketing review and advising business and operations teams.
- Working knowledge of privacy laws and experience with reviewing DPAs.
- Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms.
