Summary
The Jonus Group is seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join their team in Midlothian, VA. The role involves managing a growing book of business and providing exceptional client service in the commercial insurance sector.
About the Role
As a Commercial Insurance Account Manager, you will manage a $4 million book of business, focusing on small to mid-sized commercial accounts. Your responsibilities will include remarketing, preparing ACORD forms, issuing Certificates of Insurance (COIs), quoting new and renewal business, and identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities. You will collaborate with producers and other team members to ensure high-quality client service and transition to new agency management software (EPIC) in May 2026.
About You
Required:
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of commercial lines experience in an agency setting.
- Proven ability to manage accounts of varying sizes effectively.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to client management.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with AgencyMatrix software is preferred; willingness to transition to EPIC software is required.
