About You
- 3+ years of insurance experience in customer service or account management.
- Property/Casualty License (all lines).
- Relevant knowledge of insurance products and documentation.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook; Applied/EPIC experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Open to continuing education and industry designations.
- Positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills under time constraints.
