About the Role
As a Client Service Specialist on the McGriff Commercial Lines team, you will process new and renewal business, maintain client management systems, address client inquiries, escalate complex issues, provide information on plans and rates, assemble proposals, and assist with claims resolution.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Property and Casualty insurance license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize work and respond quickly to client requests.
Preferred:
- Five years of industry-specific experience.
- LOB designations.
- College or advanced degree.
