About the Role
As a Senior Account Manager, you will manage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business. You will also handle customer service requests, manage policy expirations and renewals, conduct client research, and maintain agency management systems.
About You
Required:
- 7+ years of account management experience, or 10+ years in the insurance industry.
- Active property & casualty license.
Preferred:
- Professional designation (CIS, TRIP or equivalent).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
