About the Role
As a Senior Account Manager, you will manage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business. Your responsibilities will include coordinating administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues, and serving as a subject matter expert for the account management team. You will also handle customer service requests, manage policy expirations and renewals, conduct client research, and maintain agency management systems.
About You
Required:
- 7+ years of account management experience, or 10+ years in the insurance industry.
- Active property & casualty license.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- High School Diploma (or equivalent).
Preferred:
- Professional designation (CIS, TRIP or equivalent).
- Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
