You will lead the account management team, handle customer service requests, manage policy expirations and renewals, and ensure compliance with company policies.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years of account management experience, or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
- Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
- Active property & casualty (P&C) licensing.
Preferred:
- Professional designation (CIC or equivalent).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
