About the Role
As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will manage a wide variety of commercial accounts across multiple industries, handle quoting for new and renewal business, and provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. You will collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction, utilizing Applied Epic software for account management and documentation.
About You
Required:
- 2-3 years of experience in commercial lines account management, with exposure to a variety of industries.
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in Applied Epic software.
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Adaptable and proactive in problem-solving.
