Summary

About the Role
As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining assigned Producers’ current book of business, handling renewals and new business quoting, and marketing to insurance carriers. You will also verify that Applied Epic is updated, prepare proposals and summaries of insurance, and collaborate with team members to mentor staff and provide expertise.
About You
Required:
- Active Illinois Property & Casualty License required
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial insurance account management experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of commercial insurance products and usages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Experience with Applied Epic highly desired; will consider other agency management systems
- Professional demeanor & positive attitude
- Detail-oriented to handle multiple clients, tasks and requirements
