About the Role
As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues, and ensuring no errors or omissions. Key responsibilities include maintaining technical competence, directing the account management team, handling customer service requests, managing policy expirations and renewals, conducting client research, and delivering excellent service while adhering to company policies.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years of account management experience, or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
- Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
- Required active property & casualty (P&C) licensing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- High School Diploma (or equivalent).
Preferred:
- Professional designation (CIC or equivalent).
