About the Role
As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will manage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business. Your responsibilities will include coordinating day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues, and ensuring accuracy in all operations. You will lead the account management team, handle customer service requests, manage policy expirations and renewals, and maintain agency management systems.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years of account management experience, or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
- Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
- Active property & casualty (P&C) licensing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- High School Diploma (or equivalent).

- Professional designation (CIC or equivalent).
