About the Role
As a Commercial Lines Associate Client Representative, you will support the lead servicer in managing a high-volume book of business, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time. Your responsibilities will include maintaining account details in EPIC, organizing documents, producing standard communications to clients and carriers, endorsing policies, creating activities in EPIC, and ordering loss runs.
About You
Required:
- 0-2 years’ experience in Commercial Property and Casualty.
- Licensed or obtaining state Property & Casualty insurance license within a specified time frame.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, and other MS Office products.
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
