About the Role
As a Commercial Lines Producer/Agent, you will identify and develop new middle-market commercial clients through strategic prospecting and networking. You will understand client operations to tailor comprehensive insurance programs, collaborate with account management and marketing teams, maintain strong client relationships, and stay current on industry trends.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in commercial lines sales, preferably within a retail brokerage.
- Proven track record of successful new business production in the middle market segment.
- Strong knowledge of P&C insurance coverages and carrier markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Active Property & Casualty license required.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
