About the Role
As a Commercial Lines Producer, you will be responsible for achieving established sales quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Your duties will include conducting initial outreach to sales leads, setting appointments, and following Trucordia's sales methodologies. You will also conduct client consultations regarding risk management and life and health solutions.
About You
Required:
- State-issued Property and Casualty or Life and Health Insurance Producer License, or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of employment.
- 4-year Degree in Business Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing or a related area of study.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Salesforce.
- Demonstrated skills in analytics and internal/external communication.
