As a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney, you will draft and edit substantive briefs, manage discovery strategy, conduct legal and factual research, and assist with hearings and trial preparation. You will work closely with a lean team in a fast-paced, trial-minded environment, ensuring high responsiveness and ownership.
About You
Required:
- 2+ years of commercial litigation experience or comparable complex litigation experience.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- U.S. work authorization.
Preferred:
- Clerkship experience.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, trial-minded environment.
- Dallas area strongly preferred.
