As a Commercial Litigation Associate, you will handle written and document discovery, conduct legal research, draft memoranda, pleadings, and motions, take and defend depositions, assist with witness preparation, and support trial preparation and strategy. You will work in a dynamic environment with a team of high-performing trial lawyers, providing opportunities for professional development through collaboration with senior members.
About You
Required:
- Admitted to the bar in the jurisdiction of your primary office.
- Outstanding academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience conducting discovery, drafting and arguing pleadings and motions, witness preparation, and taking/defending depositions.
Preferred:
- Comparable law firm and/or clerkship experience.
- Experience with both defense and plaintiff side litigation.
