About the Role

As a Commercial Litigation Associate, you will be responsible for all phases of litigation, including conducting factual investigations, preparing pleadings, taking depositions, and drafting substantive motions in New York state and federal courts. You will directly communicate and interact with clients, managing a variety of active matters independently.

About You

Required:

Three (3) to five (5) years of commercial litigation experience.
Licensed to practice in New York.

Preferred:

Excellent academic credentials and strong drafting skills.
Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Court and deposition experience.
Licensed to practice in New Jersey and Connecticut.
