About You
Required:
- 5+ years of commercial litigation experience.
- Admitted to practice in New York.
- Strong motion practice and brief-writing skills.
- Experience handling discovery, depositions, and court appearances.
- Ability to independently manage cases from inception through resolution.
- Strong client communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience litigating in the New York State Supreme Court, Commercial Division.
