About the Role

As a Commercial Litigation Attorney, you will represent clients in court and before government agencies, select jurors, argue motions, and question witnesses during trials. You will study and interpret laws, prepare legal briefs, analyze case outcomes, gather evidence, negotiate settlements, and supervise legal assistants and junior attorneys.

About You

Required:

Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
License to practice law in the state of TX.
Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience with a strong understanding of hearing and trial preparation.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in managing multiple cases under pressure.
Proficiency in legal research and writing.
High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
