About the Role
As a Commercial Loan Analyst/Processor, you will analyze business financial and credit data, compute ratios, verify income, and determine customers' financing objectives. You will also prepare loan documents, conduct title searches, and follow through to closing on all supporting documents. Your responsibilities will include maintaining digital loan files and ensuring that all loan documentation is accurate and complete.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Two years' experience in real estate finance processing required.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and business financial statements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and financial statement spreading software.
Preferred:
- Analytic with attention to detail.
- Driven and ambitious.
- Ability to work well individually and as part of a team.
