As the Commercial Partnerships Lead, you will own Aurora's supplier platform, design incentive structures, and craft a compelling brand that attracts top hospitality and lifestyle partners. You will work closely with the founding team to build systems that enhance partner engagement and deliver exceptional member experiences.

Required:
Proven experience in business development or partnership management.
Strong relationship-building skills with a network in the lifestyle and hospitality sectors.
Preferred:
Experience in designing incentive programs and performance tracking systems.
Creative storytelling ability to build a compelling partner-oriented brand.
