About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 3 years of prior automotive parts experience preferred.
- Proven sales ability with past experience in customer transactions.
- Working knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic abilities.
Preferred:
- ASE Certification preferred but not required.
- Experience leading teams and supervising daily tasks.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (Spanish a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
