- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Excel, financial software, or real estate analytics tools.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.
- Prior experience in commercial real estate analysis or investment.
