About You
Required:
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in the state and in good standing.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate law, focusing on leasing, due diligence, acquisitions, and dispositions.
- Strong negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Proficient with legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional client service and establish strong client relationships.
