As a Commercial Real Estate Attorney, you will be responsible for handling commercial real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating acquisitions, sales, and leasing agreements. You will work in a collaborative environment with an initial in-office commitment of three days a week, transitioning to remote work as needed. The position includes a 1600 billable hour requirement and offers a lucrative bonus structure.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience on the lender and/or borrower side.
- Licensed to practice law in Maryland.
- Experience in drafting acquisitions, sales, and leasing agreements.
Preferred:
- Experience from a mid- or large-sized law firm.
- Diverse experience in purchase & sales, joint ventures, financing, development, and leasing.
- Proven ability to handle and manage commercial real estate transactions.
