About You
- Undergraduate degree and a minimum of three years’ experience as a legal assistant, or a high school diploma with formal paralegal training.
- At least five years’ experience in the real estate law section of a mid-size or large law firm.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple real estate files simultaneously.
- Thorough knowledge of state and county customs and laws related to real estate.
- Experience with industry closing software, preferably SoftPro.
- Familiarity with different residential purchase/sale contracts such as FAR and FAR/BAR contracts.
